Houston Marathon

WOW, I am really excited to be officially registered for the Houston Marathon! I have been training ongoing all year, but now I am going to kick it in high gear. I really want to be in the best shape of my life! Marathon training is the best way to get FIT! So, here I go. I use the Focus n Fly plan because it is completely customizable for me. Right now I am up to about 25 miles a week, but I can change that. Saturdays are always the long run, and 3 days during the week are approximately 5 miles a day. Right now I am wanting to get my speed up a little on the long runs. It has been so hot, and I am lucky to get 13 min miles in. My goal is to run the Houston Marathon with a 12 minute mile. Stay FIT!
